We currently have two regular roll-up opportunities. These are –
Club Session (formerly Club Night) £4
Saturday 16:00 to 18:45
Club Social Afternoon £4
Wednesday 11:45 to 13:45
At the moment members pay for these by using the normal transfer facility to ***Club Night***. We will change this to ***Club Session*** to reflect that it is used for different times, but it will be used the same way.
Group Sessions
We will be trialling a new facility as part of the MyCourts booking system. Initially we will use it for both club rollup sessions, but in future it may be used for such things as joint coaching or fun events.
This will enable members to book places in advance or on the day, both on the touchscreen at the club, or on the normal booking webpage on mobile or PC.
When a place is booked, the fee is automatically deducted from your account, and your name is recorded against the session. There is no need to do a transfer to ***Club Session***.
We would request that all rollup members use the new facility instead of using the transfer facility from sessions starting 2 January, but you can try it out now.
