It has been bought to our attention that some members that are either Off-Peak or Table Tennis members have been playing games and matches in peak times. This not a problem but the club does ask that if you are an off Peak member or table tennis member and you play in peak time you must pay the guest fee as well as the court fee. If this persists and the system highlights this type of use We will contact the members at fault.
If the guest fee needs to be paid later,
please use the Transfer facility and "Guest £4" as the recipient.
Off peak and Table Tennis members have to do this. If a peak member selects a Table tennis or Off peak member as an opponent, a guest fee will need to be applied. So they either need to select Guest as an opponent (and not actual name) or use the actual name and ask the person to use the Transfer facility to pay guest fee.
Also I would like to take this opportunity to also mention that ALL members that take part in CLUB NIGHT on Saturdays are to pay there £3.00 via MyCourts as we do not want to be chasing members for the court fees. Please use the club within the rules and enjoy your games, and please remember to take care of our club.
