Please see below for detail of the 2019 Cheam Squash Club Championships. Events include an A & B category to that there is an event for every member to take part in. All competitions will have a plate draw so you are guaranteed two matches. All courts fee's for tournament matches are inclusive of your £7 entry fee per event. If you can make the finals night then you should be entering!

Entry:
Enter via your online court booking account on the Cheam Squash Club website. Log in and select ‘Tournaments’ on the top panel and then select the event you wish to participate in.
Note: plate events will run for those who lose their first match. You will be entered automatically unless you state otherwise.
Dates:
Entry Close - Sunday 5th May
Draw Released - Wednesday 8th May
1st Round - Wednesday 22nd May
2nd Round - Wednesday 29th May
Quarter Final - Wednesday 12th June
Semi Final - Wednesday 19th June
Final - Saturday 22nd June from 6pm
Note: If you can not make the finals night please do not enter.
Rules:
General
* Each round must be completed by the date displayed on the draw sheet.
* It is the responsibility of BOTH players to check the draw and make contact with their opponent to arrange a suitable date for the match.
* If no effort is made to make contact by either player, then both players can be withdrawn from the competition.
* If games are not played by the date displayed on the draw sheet, players WILL BE WITHDRAWN at the discretion of the tournament organiser.
* The tournament organiser’s decision is final on all matters related to the tournament.
* The entry fee MUST be completed online.

Scoring:
All matches are Best of 5, PAR scoring to 15.
Seedings:
Seedings 1-8 in the Club Championships will be based off Squash Levels.
The Challenge Cup will not be seeded.
Court Booking:
To book a court for a club championship match then, simply email neal_brooker@hotmail.com or call 07720746820 and I will book the court via the system administration portal, (therefore you will not incur a charge for the court).
