Please find following text & attachments to review that is the "Cheam Sports Club AGM" - this is being done via email due to current COVID restrictions.
Apologies for this notice coming out late - This was sent for distribution via MyCourts around 3 weeks ago - and for what ever reason did not send successfully - so resending now.
The following text is published from and on behalf of Cheam Sports Club Commitee and its Chairman - Alan Rankin. There is a PDF which is essentially the electronic version of the AGM and a JPG file which shows the accounts for the club as a whole.
Could I ask that you read the PDF
There is also a vote required - with specfic notes to points 3 & 4 contained in the PDF - please vote with a Yes. If you want to say "No", thats fine - but please explain why in brief and nominate your self for positions :-) (read the PDF - this comment will make sense).
Please note that we will be doing the Cheam Squash AGM in this same E-Mail format also - and hopefully next year - we can fall back to a more traditional format - if that is preferred?
