Hello all,
We have noticed that a lot of members are playing with guests or non-members and so we would like to remind ALL members of the rules regarding guests.
Main rules….
Guests are only allowed to play with members.
When playing Guest, this must be added when booking a court and an additional £4 must be paid.
To do this, select "Guest £4" as your playing partner/opponent and your court fee will be added automatically by £4.
To pay a Guest fee after the court start time, use the Transfer Credit facility and select "***Guest £4" as the recipient.
A guest fee should also be paid when playing with a member in these different categories -
Social member playing squash at any time
Table Tennis member playing squash at any time
Off-peak member playing at Peak times.
In this case, do not select the member as your opponent, but select " ***Guest £4 " as your playing partner, so the Guest fee is added to court cost.
If a guest wants to play more than 6 times, they should be encouraged to join and become a Club member.
