Removal of "Court Maintenance from booking sheets"

Happy Saturday - hope you are enjoying getting back to your squash!

I wanted to give a quick update with regards to court bookings and freeing up court time given demand and the number of requests we have had via email / whatsapp / text messages etc

As of now - all courts are able to be booked, with the "court maintenance" slots removed - however as part of this change, I need to ask the membership to ensire that the last 5 minutes of each court booking are used to wipe the door handles down, open the court door to airate the courts and be off court ready for the next booking to be used by members

One other reminder - if you bring a guest into the club, it is your responsibility to ensure the court booking lists a guest within the MyCourts booking, your guest scans the covid bar code / uses the NHS covid app to check in at the club and it is also your responsibiltiy to track / note the guest you have brought the club - this ensures we meet policy on contact-tracing.

As ever - thanks for your understanding in these continued (hopefully less) strange times.

Regards,

Stuart.
