Group Squash Coaching for Adults

Dear Member,

Group squash coaching for adults with Neal is back for the upcoming season.

Sessions will be suitable for all abilities, covering the following areas: technique, tactics, movement, fitness and matchplay.

Sessions will be on the second Sunday of every month. The first session is Sunday 8th September 2019.
